Naresh Sunkireddy is a technology leader with 25+ years of experience leading enterprise applications, software engineering delivery, business systems, BI, integrations, modernization initiatives, vendor management, and cross-functional technology teams.
He has served in IT Director and senior technology leadership roles across organizations including OSG Connect, TCS, Citi, Walmart, and Greyhound. His background spans enterprise application modernization, ERP consolidation, CRM, BI, integrations, software delivery, agile execution, vendor negotiations, cost optimization, and stakeholder leadership.
After his IT Director role at OSG Connect, Naresh founded Startova Labs to apply his enterprise technology experience to modern AI product development, SaaS platforms, RAG systems, workflow automation, and AI-assisted application development.
His current work includes building JobSeeker-AI, delivering client-facing digital platforms, designing AI product concepts, experimenting with agentic workflows, and helping businesses turn AI ideas into usable systems.
